Vraag:
Op mijn pc staat een programma Spyaxe.
Het heeft zichzelf op de achtergrond geinstalleerd want ik heb het niet proberen
te downloaden.
Het lijkt een spyware remover te zijn.
Het is volgens mij zelf spyware en ik krijg het niet meer weg.
Heb scans gedaan met hitman pro, ad aware,en Microsoft antispyware maar het wil
gewoon niet weg.
Steeds zet het zichzelf terug en begint te scannen.
Lees deze instructies goed door en volg ze heel precies, print
deze pagina eventueel uit.
Download eerst smitRem.zip en sla het
op op uw bureaublad.
pak het bestand uit in een nieuwe folder op uw bureaublad.
Download, installeer en update de gratis versie van Ewido
Security Suite:
Tijdens de installatie bij "Additional
Options" uncheck "Install
background guard" en "Install scan via context menu".
Als Ewido voor de eerste keer gestart wordt, verschijnt de waarschuwing"Database
could not be found!". Klik OK. Dit wordt later aangepakt.
In het hoofdscherm van Ewido, klik op update
in het linker menu, en klik de update button.
Nadat de update succesvol eindigd, de status bar onderaan ziet
er zo uit:"Update
successful"
Sluit Ewido nu af. Run nog geen scan.
Als u dit nog niet heeft geinstalleerd installeer nu: Ad-Aware
SE 1.06, volg de download en setup instrukties van het programma.
Controleer of er updates zijn:

Ook hier geldt: Sluit Ad-Aware nu af. Run nog geen scan.
Start vervolgens de computer opnieuw op in veilige mode: Dit gaat
als volgt:
Herstart de computer.
Nadat de computer een keer piept tijdens de opstart procedure,
maar voordat het Windows opstartscherm verschijnt, drukt u op
F8.
Inplaats van dat Windows normaal opstart, verschijnt er nu een
menu
Selecteer de eerste optie, om Windows in Safe Mode op te starten.
Open de smitRem folder op het bureaublad, en dubbelklik
RunThis.bat file. volg de instructies op het scherm. Uw
desktop en programmaiconen zullen even flikkeren --- dit is normaal.
Wait for the tool to complete and Disk Cleanup to finish --- this
may take a while; please be patient.
Next, run Ad-aware and perform a full scan. Remove everything
found.
Now open Ewido Security Suite
Click on Scanner
Make sure the following boxes are checked before scanning:
Binder
Crypter
Archives
Click on Start Scan
Let the program scan the machine
While the scan is in progress you will be prompted to clean files,
click OK
Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on
the bottom of the screen named Save report
Click Save Report
Save the report to your desktop
Close Ewido
Next go to Start -> Control Panel, click Display -> Desktop
-> Customize Desktop -> Website -> Uncheck "Security
Info" if present.
Herstart de computer in Normale Mode
Verwijder alle virus scanprogrammas en installeer NOD32, update
de virusdefinities en scan de harde schijf
En tot slot herstart uw computer nogmaals en controleer of alles
is opgelost. Zo niet bel Wim Vos.
